Owner / Speech - Language Pathologist

Ja'Kecia Howard is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist with an interest in speech-sound disorders. She is also the founder of Golden Lotus Therapy, LLC. Golden Lotus Therapy was established to offer personalized, high-quality support to pediatric clients and their families.

Ja'Kecia holds a Master's in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Montevallo, a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Auburn University at Montgomery, and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is also licensed by the state of Alabama. Ja'Kecia has experience providing services in several settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient rehabilitation, elementary school, and telehealth.
